Basic Cold Brew Instructions:-

1. Clean the ceramic filter and put it on the upper pot bottom concave.

2. Coffee power Coffee power suggested to be moistened with certain cold water in advance and put coffee power onto the upper pot

3. Basic serving size about 1 cup 1 spoon depends on your taste and grind size preference to increase or less.

4. Put a piece of wetted paper filter on top of the coffe, then put ice cube on top separately and lightly.

5. Turn on the tap and adjust the water drop about 35-40 drop per minute which could be changed according to your perference. Put on the reserved cover glass  when ready.
 

Basic Hot Brew Instructions:-

1. Put the stanless steel cone filter (double layer filter) on the upper glass. Turn on the tap with coffee pot on the bottom.

2. Basic offee power about 1 cup for 1 spoon, depends on your taste, grind size preference increase or less.

3. Use a kettle with hot water about 87-90℃, start pouring hot water spirally from middle to the edge of the filter.

4. After coffee is absorbedin the hot water and puffed for about 30 seconds, fill hot water again.

5. Do not adjust the tap while bewing the coffee. Sway the coffee pot slightly before enjoy your coffee.
